My prescription had been transferred incorrectly and I needed a vacation override since I was going out of the country soon. They both worked so hard to get my prescription fixed and get my vacating override done. Both which were very long, confusing processes. They were so patient and apologetic about the wait and the errors, even though it wasn't their fault. Thanks for being so excellent!
