  This T-Mobile location lacks full service. The sales reps. are poorly trained and have scarce knowledge of how to resolve issues regarding purchases and refunds. They have held my refund. Very unprofessional and uncoordinated staff lies here. Update: I've waited for 4 months to get a refund from T-mobile on an amount close to $500. I was told "you should get a check in the mail." Extremely calm, I first contacted T-mobile through the phone at the location two-weeks after I did not not "receive a check in the mail." I periodically would visit the location every two-weeks. They claimed to have contacted their supervisor or boss, and corporate headquarters. I have yet to get a response. Now, every time I call for assistance from the location, I am told their representatives are busy, and I would receive a call at a "certain time" or I could "call back." The management at this location has changed three times. We have been a customer for T-Mobile for 13 years on record. It is extremely disappointing to find that in order to resolve an issue it has to be pending for 4 months or more. I have yet to get a refund.

  Kenya was the most amazing assistant manager ever! She got my business moved over from Verizon quickly and helped me get new phones and a plan that was much much less than Verizon. I am already loving being a T-mobile customer!
