  Nothing but problems. I think they are way over priced and don't recommend them at all for phone or DirecTV. Uverse was pretty good but they said they were getting rid of uverse and moving everything to DirecTV which seems to not be true, just a way to get you into a contact. Way overcharge what was promised and then they try sending you endlessly in circles talking to different people,and telling me their is no way they would offer those rates, even after I tell them I had a signed contract. Internets far from what they promise, tech came out and even told me my lines wouldn't even give me that speed. As for phones, while the coverage is pretty good, they overcharge for phones. Paid for insurance on two phones separately, had to file a claim on both for cracked screens, they increased deductable to max on second because of first claim, which was told shouldn't have happened, try getting someone to help you and get passed around endlessly to you get fed up. Which seems to be issue with them in all departments.
